HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping  is easy!

We suggest that you search based on MATERIAL COLLECTION, what material do you fancy?  This will guide you through the various shapes of bags.  Don’t forget to check out the non-bag items!

Review items on your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Once order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

It is not required, but we like making shopping easy for you, so by setting up an account we will keep your information on file. This will make shopping quicker for you! We will only be requiring the information necessary for shipping and corresponding purposes.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept the following payment options:

VISA AND MASTERCARD PAYMENTS.

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal.  On the paypal checkout page, there are fields that will accept credit card details even if you are not a Paypal member.  Paypal will assure the safety of your credit card information.

BANK DEPOSITS

We accept deposits to our BPI Account and details of this will be given at checkout.

GCASH

We also accept GCASH payments and details will be given at checkout.

DOES SHOPMCVDESIGNS ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We would gladly accept international orders but please contact us on the website or at shopmcvdesigns@gmail.com regarding shipping costs.

DOES SHOPMCVDESIGNS ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

For any reason you feel you need to return or exchange an item, just let us know 5 days after receipt of item.  Should you decide to return, given that the items are in the same condition as they were received, we will gladly give a full refund in the form of store credits. 

Exchanges are welcome too as long the items are in the same condition as they were received. Please bear in mind that all shipping charges back to us and again to you will be for the account of the customer.
